  • Go to our the NetBranch Account Login section on our home page

E-Statements

To eliminate paper clutter and maximize efficiency, select e-statements from HEBFCU. You can receive your monthly or quarterly statement online - e-statements are a great way to stay organized and help the environment. Instead of getting a paper statement in the mail, we'll send you an e-mail letting you know your statement is ready to be viewed - just log into NetBranch and select the E-Statements button.

It's easy to sign up for e-statements - here's how:

  • Sign in to NetBranch
  • Click on the E-Statements button
  • Read and accept the online disclosure
  • Enter your e-mail address

Bill Pay

Bill Pay is the faster, greener and more secure way to pay your bills on time, every time. Save time and money with no more stamps, trips to the post office or late fees. You're in complete control. Best of all, as long as your pay at least one bill during a statement cycle, Bill Pay is free!

It's easy to sign up for Bill Pay - here's how:

  • Sign in to NetBranch
  • Click on the Bill Pay button
  • Complete the registration

You can set up merchants and payees or select from the listings at the bottom of the page. Once these are established, you can start making payments electronically.

For additional convenience and safety, use E-Bills. NetBranch gives you a convenient place to receive, view and manage your bills in one location.

Mobile and Text Message Banking

These days, who doesn't need to manage their accounts on-the-go? Now, it's easier than ever with Mobile services from HEBFCU. You can choose whether you want to send a simple text message, use your Mobile Web browser, or download our HEB Federal Credit Union App.

Available to you through NetBranch online banking, these services are free (check with your mobile service provider for fees they may charge). These convenient options give you maximum account access from wherever life takes you.

Mobile Banking

If you have a data plan with your cell phone or mobile device, Mobile Banking will give you access to all these services:

  • Check balances on checking, savings, and money market accounts, as well as loans
  • Review account activity
  • Transfer funds between HEBFCU accounts
  • Pay bills
  • Check rates
  • Locate branches and ATM locations

Once you're enrolled in NetBranch, it's easy to sign up for Mobile Banking - here's how:

  • Enter www.hebfcu.org in your mobile phone's browser
  • Enter the same User ID and password you use for NetBranch online banking

The first time you sign on, you will be asked to confirm your identity. You can register your mobile phone and eliminate the need to confirm your identity each time you use Mobile Banking.

Text Message Banking

Is texting your preference? Activate your phone and have your account information at your fingertips.

It's easy to set up your phone for Text Message Banking - here's how:

  • Have your cell phone available
  • Sign in to NetBranch and select the Additional Services tab
  • Select Mobile Bankking & Alerts 
  • Enter your cell phone number (you'll receive a text message with a unique activation code you'll need to enter to complete the process)
  • Read and accept the terms and conditions
  • When verified, select your preferences and SMS Alerts

With your phone set up, send a text message to 454545 using the following text requests for the information you want:

  • BAL - Current and available balances for a primary account you choose
  • LAST - The last five transaction in your primary account
  • BAL ALL - Current and available balances for all the accounts you have with us
  • BAL CHK - Account balance of checking account
  • BAL SAV - Account balance of savings account
  • TRANS - Transfer funds to primary account
  • HELP - Help on keywords
  • STOP - Deactivate Text Message Banking service

CheckMate Rewards

Turn your shopping purchases into cash when you use your CheckMate debit card with our rewards program. You'll find your customized offers on the NetBranch home page in the "CheckMate Rewards" section (beneath the "Make a Payment" section).

Simply click on the offers to activate them and then shop at the specified retailer and pay with your CheckMate debit card. Your reward will be deposited into your account the month following the transaction. Best of all, the more you use your CheckMate debit card, the more offers you'll receive.

If you don't a CheckMate debit card, it's easy to apply.
