THE HEBFCU "DISCOVER THE POWER OF YOUR HOME" DRAWING

Game Rules

1. No purchase necessary. Need not be present to win prizes.

2. How to Play. One entry per person is allowed. You may register at any branch location, by phone, or by sending a postcard or letter to "DISCOVER THE POWER OF YOUR HOME” at P.O. Box 18387, San Antonio, TX 78218. All mail registrations must include your name, mailing address and a phone number where you can be reached. Mail and phone registrations must be received by HEBFCU on or before July 1, 2019, to be included in the drawing. Limit one registration per member or eligible member per request by phone or mail. The game ends June 28, 2019. By registering in the "DISCOVER THE POWER OF YOUR HOME” drawing, each participant agrees to be bound by these rules and all decisions of HEBFCU, whose decisions are final. All methods of registration are subject to validation. Entries received by mail become the property of H-E-B Federal Credit Union and will not be returned.

3. Drawing Prizes/Releases. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about the dates indicated below. Winners must claim the prize within thirty days of being notified of the Prize Drawing by signing before a notary public an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the winner does not return the Affidavit and Release to HEBFCU properly completed within thirty days of notification, the winner will waive any claim to the prize. All taxes are the responsibility of the winner. The Prizes are $100 H-E-B Gift Cards. No substitutions or transfer of prizes are permitted and prize cannot be substituted for cash value. The drawing will be scheduled as follows:

4. Eligibility. Participants must be Members of H-E-B Federal Credit Union, in good standing, or eligible for credit union membership. All participants must be age 18 or older. Employees of H-E-B Federal Credit Union, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents, and their immediate family members are ineligible.
