H-E-B Federal Credit Union’s new, enhanced online and mobile banking platform features a refreshed design, simpler navigation, and enhanced digital tools to help you manage your money easily and securely—anytime, anywhere.

When is the new platform launching?

Our Enhanced Online Banking experience will launch on Tuesday, February 10, 2026.

Do I need to do anything to move to the new platform?

No. Your account will automatically convert to the new platform. No action is required.

Will my username and password change?

No. Your username and password will remain the same as your current H-E-B FCU online banking login.

Will my accounts and transaction history transfer over?

Yes. Your accounts, balances, and transaction history will carry over to the new platform.

What new features can I expect?

Once you log in, you’ll enjoy:

  • A refreshed look with simpler navigation

  • A personalized homepage that highlights what matters most to you

  • Enhanced digital tools, including easier access to loans, credit, and budgeting tools

  • A consistent experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices

  • Secure, convenient access to view balances, transactions, and transfer funds

Will the mobile app change?

Yes. Our Enhanced Online Banking includes an updated mobile experience.

IMPORTANT:
If you haven’t updated the H-E-B FCU Mobile App recently, you may need to download the latest version from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before February 10, 2026.

Will I still be able to pay bills and transfer money?

Yes. Bill Pay, transfers, and other everyday banking features will continue to be available in the new platform.

Is my information still secure?

Absolutely. Your security remains a top priority. Our Enhanced Online Banking includes enhanced security features to help protect your personal and financial information.
