Member Service Support Rep II
H-E-B Federal Credit Union (HEBFCU) has a Member Service Support Rep II position available.
The Member Service Support Rep II reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer and indirectly to the Member Service Support Team Coordinator and is responsible for daily processing of transactions which include ACH, Share Drafts, Wire Transfers, and other digital created items. This position requires extensive knowledge of ACH, Share Draft and Zelle® transaction processing and the ability to answer questions from staff and members. The incumbent is required to cross-train with department experts to master all functions of the back-office area to include new online account opening, digital and electronic item processing, plastic card process, fraud and suspicious activity and other duties as assigned. The incumbent will review report information and assist in making decisions that affect member accounts for all areas of item processing within Member Service Support. This position is a remote work position.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, extensive in-house training of the rules and regulations of item processing, with three to five years of back-office item processing experience within a financial institution.
