Protect Your Account from Zelle® Fraud

Be aware we’re seeing a surge in fraud involving Zelle®. If you get a call or text that appears to be from the credit union that asks for sensitive info like a username, password, or transaction details, do not respond. HEBFCU will never contact you to ask for private information.

If you have questions, make sure you initiate the contact and call us at our published number. Be cautious and protect your account. If you have Zelle® fraud and we refund money to you, we will have to remove your access to Zelle®.
